Thank you for applying to our faculty search in Mechanical Engineering
at MIT for this academic year. I am serving as Chair of the faculty
search committee. Due to the very large number of well-qualified
applications, the selection process will be difficult. We hope to
make our selections for on-campus interviews by the end of January
and to hold interviews in February, March and early April.
If any of your reference letters have not yet been submitted, please
ask your letter writers to upload their letters at the following link:
https://school-of-engineering-faculty-search.mit.edu/letters/ as soon
as possible. If your letter writers need another week or two, that
should be OK. If one of your letter writers needs to submit their
letter after Dec 17th, please let me know.
