面试经常问到what would you do to fullfill the needs from students with
diverse ethnitic background? How would you take care of students with
diverse background in teaching?之类的应该如何回答呢？麻烦大家给个建议。多谢
！

If you are strong enough, just say
I have my standards and I make judgement based on their performances no
matter what their backgrounds are!

Maybe you can say that you are willing to provide extra tutoring tme for
students, encourage team work or group work, presentations etc?
