以 domestic violence 的罪名将我们双双逮捕, 在警察局过了一夜. 第二天上庭, 我
们遵从lawyer 's advice of exercising marital rights of not testifying
against each other and then the charges against us was dismissed. We were
released immediately.
现在想回国, 我的移民lawyer 说会被拒绝入境. 他要我从法院和警察局把所有关于这
次逮捕的材料取来, 研究一下对策. 我的lawyer 是不是过于敏感, 自己吓自己呀? we
were arrested, but the charge were dismissed, no conviction. So we are
innocent, right?
