I485 pending 用H1B TRANSFER或者EAD换工作USCIS知道吗?
是不是一定会有RFE？不管是不是雇主依赖？

昨天有几个朋友给在联合给移民改革建议，要求140过了之后，可以直接file 485拿EAD
/AP。不知道大家知不知道这个事件，有没有去弄。

看看了上面提建议还是烙印居多啊。咋们在这个版混的，都是被排期搞得很恶心。大家
联合起来建议吧，不管有没有用，总比不行动强吧。
我觉得Obama的EO能弄成的话，我们提意见多多少少会起点作用的，那么就能造福很多
人了。

有没有模板，大家都目的都差不多，为节约时间，写过的人贴一下样本，大家好参考参考

an essay. uscis knows the issues. Right now,the amount of our response
matters.

先别伤心。
实际的月供是按note rate走的，只要note rate是3%就没事。
其实不需要太在意APR的，因为APR跟loan的cost有关。也不是用APR来算月供的。
如果LZ做的是no cost refi，就更加不用介意APR了。
买房的话，也要看所付cost的绝对值。
