前段时间我和我室友都用了puritan pride 的那个15off16的coupon，每个人定了一单
护肤品，因为我正好欠我室友钱就用我的信用卡帮他一起付了，结果2个单都多扣了15
，我们分别用 livechat联系了他们家，他们当时都答应退钱，结果只退了一单。我又
联系了他们好几次，他们坚持不退，然后我今天联系他们说如果不退钱我就dispute my
charge, 结果他们居然给我把单cancell了，但是钱还是扣了，他们的意思好像是我把
东西寄回去然后退钱，但是不退邮费？我现在该怎么处理这件事情呢？如果退回去的话
我还要自己出邮费，那我先前被扣的邮费还能够退回吗？有没有dispute credit card
fraud过吗？我觉得他们这种行为是cheating啊

实在是太流氓了。
只好dispute，把当初他们给你发的confirmation email准备好了。如果你有live
chat record证明他们已开始也是愿意退钱的，那就再好不过了。

MM如果包裹不拆，收到的时候和司机说拒收，然后司机就带回去退回了，MM不用付邮费
。但前提是包裹一定不能拆封，哪怕是贴在外面 shipping information.

我觉得是mm用同一张信用卡下了两单的缘故，据说是那个coupon只能per household的
。我也是被多扣了15，但是打了一次电话，就很快退回来了。

我觉得不是，我下了三单，另外两是鱼油等。

I disputed them through my credit card company.
My receipt they emailed shows the correct amount, not the amount they
charged me. In another word, I only authorized them to charge me the amount
showed on my receipt. They over-charged without notifying me, it is cheating
.
Yes, they said the coupon I used is invalid. But they did accept it when the
order was placed. They may cancel my order, I don't care. However, over-
charge is not accepted.
That's what I said to my credit card company.
