比如说房子当年刚建的时候2500 sqft,后来屋主加建了sun room 300 sqft或者厨房往
外扩了一间300sqft,那么listing的时候应该列2500还是2800呢？
因为city的public records可能还是数据时2500.
屋主一般会列最多的，可是这样和city的数据不一致啊。
请教大家，谢谢

the 25%off coupon just expired May 9.
but there is 40%off coupon in ebay.
I found this deal in other store.sometimes,you can find better deal in
macys,dillards.

you can go check it yourself.
in my case, the son was selling the house of his parents. he hired an agent
who mistakenly believed that the addition was not incorporated into the
public records. in fact, public records had the updated, correct square
footage (already including that of a later added sun room).
