正在填HR给的表格，其中一项问：
Have you ever been convicted (or pleaded guilty, ot no contender to, or
received a prayer for judgement continued "PJC" to) any violation of federal
, state or military law/ Include all convictions and pleas even if they were
disposed or by a fine within the last seven years. Include all moving
vehicle violations within the last three years.
If yes, Felony? Misdemeanor?
Have you ever been convicted of other Minor traffic violations? If yes, give
date and explanation.
我半年前曾在local 超速被抓，上法庭前书记官给我协调成＂traffic obstruction＂
，从扣三个点减轻为扣两个点。付费了事。
请问我应该写进去吗？这属于dis demeanor 还是other minor traffic violation呢？
很害怕，现在还是学生，这是找的第一份工作，真不希望因此而受到负面影响。。。请
前辈们指教，谢谢！
