状态机来解json其实和解regex差不多，都是转成DFA就可以了
不过我一直觉得json是类似于结构体嵌套，不能用stack来parse么？

RSU 给你的时候扣掉了25%做税。以后的税只有capital gain.
ESPP送人应该跟卖一回事。

这个跟你给亲戚钱有什么关系。在税上有差别的是因为你交易的时间和差价造成的。你
给的钱，或者还的钱，与你的espp没有半毛钱关系。
espp你卖掉后算税。不qualified的时候，如果卖价比买价高，高出的部分（比你被扣
掉的工资部分）就是你的income；如果卖价低于买价，买入价减去你被扣掉的工资还算
income。这个算起来有点烦。

Most of the store do not need code when purchase in store. The register
