就是申请了H1B以后，H1B即使批准也要到10月1号生效。如果原OPT有效期不到9月30号
，会自动延期到9月30号。不过我不清楚如果H1B如果被拒了，这期间OPT是立即自动失
效，还是可以有一段时间找退路

outlet店里就有coupon发，不用网上找，一样的deal
outlet店里和正价店同一时期东西不一样的，不然
谁还去正价店买东西
outlet有正价店淘汰下来的款式，更多是专门为outlet
生产的款式。看运气有时候会找到好看的款式
正价店隔段时间会给老客户发25% off coupon，不过
这个没有code，必须用客户收到的paper coupon去买
可以去exchange版看看有没有人让，一般5刀就能买到
ebay上也有人卖，但是会贵很多。运气好能在版上求到

可以申请，不过如果h1b reject，自动进入60 days grace period,当然如果RFE，还在
cap gap中，应该可以申请。不过听说过直接reject的case。
另外，以下摘自DHS/ICE policy manual page 25：
Can a student apply for the 17-month extension when he or she is
within a period of cap gap extension?
Yes, a student can apply for the 17-month extension during the cap
gap extension of OPT. The student will need to have his or her
employer request the withdrawal of the approved or pending H-1B
petition in time for USCIS to effectively accept the withdrawal prior
to the October 1 start date in order to avoid changing status to H-1B
on that date. To avoid a denial based on the scheduled expiration of
post-completion OPT, the student should include mention (and

I have not seen anyone reporting their STEM OPT extension EAD approved valid
date with extension filed during cap-gap which means after old EAD has
expired, say for > 60 days. Will the new EAD begin date be the next day of
the old EAD expiration date or new EAD begin date starts in the cap-gap
period?
