2.5% fixed 10 years.现在基本都这个利率,我们农村房子便宜,一般10年就基本都pay
off了.

Title service and lender title insurance is very cheap.
CitiBank charges $2600 for this.

lender title insurance $695还便宜,我收到很多其它mortgage这个都在200-300之间.
