今天用“Buy it now“购买了德国卖家的东西，但是付款方式是Money Transfer。
还有其他的几个付款方式分别是”COD (cash on delivery)“和”Cash on pickup“。
看来我只能用第一个付款方式”Money Transfer“付款了，但是我提交付款，依然显示
的是欧元，并没有自动兑换成美元。
请问，这个Money Transfer是咋回事？
这是不是意味着卖家不接受PAYPAL? 这种付款方式会不会有风险？

我没有insider消息，但是从google上看来，他的revenue可能不是很好，但绝对不是那
么差，估计是看上去上市的泡泡吹不够大所以现在想找收购或暂缓上市。
他们从12年底到如今共融资300M，去年据说烧了100M，那也还剩200M，离burnout还早
呢。。。并且，他们去年大概处理了20B的payments，按照0.2%（they charge 2.75%
from merchants, but most of that money goes to visa/mastercard)的毛利来算，
也有40M的收入，加上对transaction的大数据的处理，应该还是有得折腾得。（当然，
我只是自己google和瞎猜，大家看看就好）

No, you did not get the correct info. Square indeed loses money for small
payments, the more payment they processed, the more money they lose. In
other words, they have not found the way to profit yet. What is worse, they
can't get new investors.
Square contacted Paypal and Apple already, neither willing to buy it for
500M because square is a money losing business, it can't compete with paypal.

You don't know what you are talking about. They offer promotions to get
larger payments, the profit margin is even lower.
They offered $ on secondary market to hook more investors because they need
more cash to keep business as they are keep losing money. They postpone IPO
because they are not willing to release their current financial info.
Obviously you don't know how they operate and what is their current sucking
situation.

这种铁定亏钱的产品，谁收购谁赔钱，5到10B绝对没戏，几个B差不多了
俺觉得有没有愿意接手的都是问题，像点样的retailer都自己做monitization这块，肥
水不流外人田，外加保护商业信息。大额的P2P主要是银行，谁没事拿个phone出来刷卡。
收购价2，3个B，发中财的希望也不大

是了。外人悲剧了还以为门槛高，其实是快不行了。招人是最cheap的宣传方式

我没有insider消息，但是从google上看来，他的revenue可能不是很好，但绝对不是那
么差，估计是看上去上市的泡泡吹不够大所以现在想找收购或暂缓上市。
他们从12年底到如今共融资300M，去年据说烧了100M，那也还剩200M，离burnout还早
呢。。。并且，他们去年大概处理了20B的payments，按照0.2%（they charge 2.75%
from merchants, but most of that money goes to visa/mastercard)的毛利来算，
也有40M的收入，加上对transaction的大数据的处理，应该还是有得折腾得。（当然，
我只是自己google和瞎猜，大家看看就好）

No, you did not get the correct info. Square indeed loses money for small
payments, the more payment they processed, the more money they lose. In
other words, they have not found the way to profit yet. What is worse, they
can't get new investors.
Square contacted Paypal and Apple already, neither willing to buy it for
500M because square is a money losing business, it can't compete with paypal.

You don't know what you are talking about. They offer promotions to get
larger payments, the profit margin is even lower.
They offered $ on secondary market to hook more investors because they need
more cash to keep business as they are keep losing money. They postpone IPO
because they are not willing to release their current financial info.
Obviously you don't know how they operate and what is their current sucking
situation.

这种铁定亏钱的产品，谁收购谁赔钱，5到10B绝对没戏，几个B差不多了
俺觉得有没有愿意接手的都是问题，像点样的retailer都自己做monitization这块，肥
水不流外人田，外加保护商业信息。大额的P2P主要是银行，谁没事拿个phone出来刷卡。
收购价2，3个B，发中财的希望也不大
