汽油：就是Costco的汽油也算4%这个不错，其它的4%没啥，我的Amex EDP每月用够30次
就可以挣到3xMR点数,Chase Freedom时不时5xUR，Chase Ink卡买shell礼品卡，也是
5xUR，这些都优于4%返现。
吃饭和旅游:各种卡都提供2x或者3x点数，比3%返现强。没提是否有外国交易费用，一
般就是有了。
总之作为一张免费卡，很不错了，比原来的Amex Costco强了很多，适合于尚未上收费
卡的玩家。
