请教各位朋友：
本人刚刚入籍成为公民，想帮助我的妹妹一家申请亲属移民签证。按照目前的排期来看
，等待的时间至少10-12年。我的问题是：在申请提交之后到拿到绿卡的这12年内，我
妹妹还有她的丈夫和孩子，能拿到签证来美旅游或者工作吗（比如B1，J1签证）？我的
理解是B1，B2，J1，J2等等这类签证是基于无移民倾向的。

Apartment Doorman/concierge $10-80 or more each, depending upon building

Apartment building elevator operators $15-40 each
Pet services
Dog groomer 1/4 - 1/2 cost of a session
Dog walker or sitter 1-2 week's usual pay

能。他们被petition移民不等于他们有移民倾向。“移民倾向”的意思就是用那次入境
来移民；以后移民的打算不算。只要他们打算去了美国跟着离开，他们就没有移民倾向
。一直到排期很近之前，应该没有问题。

感觉实际上好像更多一点，doorman一般都是$100。
但也要看每个building吧。我的building今年给我华丽丽地列了25个人，晕啊...
