Be cautions about the Louis Vutton Store at 125 Westchester Ave in White
Plains, NY, they may sell used bag to you as brand new one. We had a very
unpleasant experience at this store on March 31, 2012. We bought an
expensive bag that cost close to $2000, and a week later on Easter, when we
opened the dust bag and try to use it, we found couple of stains and there
is sign of wear on one of the handle. Obviously, this bag was a returned or
used one and the saleswoman put in the dust bag and sold to us. We went back
to the store to return it, but was told this bag was not in perfect salable
condition, and we cannot return or exchange the bag. We told them this bag
is in exactly the same condition when we first bought it, but with no help.
We are so disappointed and cannot believe that Louis Vitton store did such a
bad thing to us. Stay away from Louis Vitton!!! If you buy a bag and want
to return it, read the description on the receipt carefully. It must in
perfect condition. However, nothing in the world is perfect. You can easily
buy a defective bag from them, but if you want to return or exchange it when
you discover it later,you will be rejected for not bringing back a perfect
bag. We paid full price for a used bag, and that is how Louis Vitton treat
innocent customers like us.

you didn't have the option if somebody wanted to shoot you, but you get
choose to exam what you get even after they wrap up your stuff before you
leave the store.
