曾经有一个不大的疯牛病例，然后美国把日本和牛肉禁了，大概是去年在一些州又出现
了，少数高档餐馆开始用和牛肉了，打电话问一下当地的mitsuwa吧，可能有的有，有
的没有，我知道纽约和vegas的一些餐馆里有，菜店就不晓得了

在纽约城里有两家日本人开的肉店都买很好的牛肉,网上就不知道了

wegmans有，60块钱左右一磅，健康就不要想了，越高级的牛排脂肪含量越高。

MITSUWA only sells American Kobe feef, not the real thing...
in NYC, the only place that you can get the real deal is from a few ultra
high-end japanese restaurants. No supermarkets in the tri-state area sell
the real deal.
to eat the real thing, i think it is cheaper to just buy a round trip ticket
to tokyo.. and eat all you could eat for 2 days, then come back to NYC. It
would cost you less.

注意看看新泽西三里岛附近的牛应该和日本的牛肉口感类似
可以试试？

MA的wegmans经常有，十次有八次能看见吧，美国本土养的kobe，同种不同奶爸，味道
差不离。

据说日本牛肉脂肪含量极高。 要有白色的脂肪条纹，称之为marble beef， 就跟大理
石的白色条纹一样。
