I have a relative who are in Tongji university, computer science major. he
is a undergraduate student.His GPA 3.14, He rank 1/60 (Tongji is so mean to
grade)
TOEFL 607+5. GRE waite for NOV.
Please give a suggestion what kind of University he can apply?
Since He always ranks No.1 in his class. He feel very good, even though his
TOEFL and GPA is so so. He want to apply university of Chicago, Northwest,U
of Illion(UIUC), standford, UCLA, UC-davis. Please give an evaluation, Does
he have chance for

He probabaly will not get any offers from the schools you listed.
- He is an under
- CS in Tongji is relatively unknown.
- Too low GPA though his rank is good.
