先谢过！
两个Ph.D. programs:
1)Statistical Genetics and Bioinformatics @Rice Univ.

2)Bioinformatics @ NCSU
http://bioinformatics.ncsu.edu/brcwebsite/home.php
都是在统计系下面，请问有谁知道哪个更好呢？如果可以做个比较的话。感觉NCSU的Stat
istics的falcuty http://bioinformatics.ncsu.edu/brcwebsite/people.php比较雄厚
，近50多人；Rice的比较少（http://statistics.rice.edu/Faculty.cfm），9人，但是
也还有一些来自The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center的Adjunct
Faculty。
迷惑啦。。。请指点小弟一下！

Rice's bioinfo PHD program is a totally new program.
and the program is more about statistics, NCSU seems to be stronger in this
area.

better check whether faculty at rice are famous, if they are, then the size of
the dept does not matter that much, and Rice is a nicer school.
