It is quiet simple:
If computer major, CMU,
if not, UPENN for sure.
so, select Penn.

Since the program I applied is a joint program
by CMU and UPitt.
I was notified yesterday evening that a professor
at UPitt will be my initial research advisor.
Still think about this...

I chosed UPenn finally. The joint program at CMU-UPitt
assigned a professor in the medicine shcool at UPitt.
Since it seems that the medicine school at UPenn is stronger
than that at UPitt, I made up my mind to go to UPenn.

The medical school in UPitt is definitely way better.
