骑驴找马大半年，一些机会因为各种原因错过，这个月一下子来了2个机会
2个公司同一天phone interview，隔了一天onsite
公司A:
onsite第二天就给了一个口头的offer，给了我一个大概的数字95K base + 12% bonus
(这个不是太确定） + 3k sign up bonus to offset my quarterly bonus lost by
jumping now + stock option （还没定，明天会定）
A是个小公司，500条枪，headquater在我所在的城市，离我家近，工作环境好，办公楼
和一个星级酒店在一个building，公司也提供很近的free parking。上2个月刚刚上市。
公司的HR从linkedin上面主动找我的，一直都聊得不错，不管什么问题，回我的email
都很快。我电话留言也会很快给我回。
公司B：
国际大公司在我所在城市的office，整个office 接近400条枪，几乎全部是技术部门的
。hiring manager和我面试完后说基本定下来是我了，会让HR的人和我联系。manager
知道公司A interview 我了。
公司B是我一直都想去的，但是离家稍微远，公司的office politics 似乎比较重。以

特别不喜欢评委不客观的评判。不过他本身确实不太稳定，不知道总是唱高音将来能不
能pk过其他选手，还是希望他能走得更远些。

The Relief Society was founded by the Prophet Joseph Smith on March 17, 1842, in Nauvoo, Illinois. In the days of its founding, it had two main purposes: to provide relief for the poor and needy and to bring people to Christ. The organization continues today, staying true to those original guiding principles as women in the Relief Society meet together on Sunday and in other settings as needed.
Female members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, ages 18 and older, belong to the Relief Society. The Relief Society is the largest women's organization in the world with more than four million members across the globe.
