最近几个月开始使用MENDELEY读文献，可是由于更新电脑，所有文件必须备份，请问保
存在MENDELEY中的文献怎样备份？谢谢！

Checked on their website and did not see veteran's day(2016/11/11) listed as
a holiday.
I am flying there next Thursday to apply for 旅行证 on Friday.

11号做的偶和LD的SR。
12号偶收到email:
"...
Type of service requested:
-- Outside Normal Processing Times
The status of this service request is:
date is later than the cut-off listed on the visa bulletin for your
preference. Please check your priority date and category on your approved I
-140 for visa availability. Please refer to the website www.travel.state.
gov/visa or your may call the Department of State automated visa information
line at (202) 663-1541 to receive current visa bulletin information.
At this time, there is no other information regarding your case we can offer
you. Thank you for your time. This inquiry will be considered closed.

尤其是“This inquiry will be considered closed”，很让人不懂。这就完事了吗？
不会再有别的更有意义的reply了吗？
今天收到移民局寄给LD的mail:
"...
The status of this service request is:
This I-485 application has been placed on hold pending review and
adjudication. You should receive some type of a response from USCIS within
30 to 60 days.

这个也是12号寄出的，但内容跟给偶的email不同。
至今网上没更新状态。
是不是这就是所谓15天内该给的reply？我该再call移民局跟进吗？还说SR还是tier2什
么的？
请指教。
