should use the money for 16GB but 1600 or 1333

以后用高配置显卡，再换电源也无妨，因为电源损耗比较快，听说过了1年，转换率就
低了不少

我觉得4X4G的1600更好而且还省钱，当然如果不差钱，那么配也无所谓了

u need a lot of memory, not fast memory for your applications.
one access to HDD will defeat the purpose of 2133 vs 1600 by 100x
minimize hdd access, max out your memory is essential.
And, u will only oc the cpu, memory unlikely go over 1600 anyway
