I had an interview last Friday. Yesterday, one of the reference told me that
he gave his reference to the employer. And the employer told him he will
call the other two references and make a final offer. However, I know the
other two references are on vocation now. One will be back on next Monday
and the other will be back in the week after next. How should I deal with it
? Anybody had a similiar experience? Any advice or suggestion? Thank you in
advance.

刚买的acer 4830 非常满意
i5-2450 + GT 540 m + 8小时电池（这两天都是断续用了一整天，7小时多绝对有） +
不到500的税后价格没什么好说了
14寸的带鱼屏还可以接受，把任务栏放一边还不错
重量尺寸也不错，还算比较薄，顶盖好像还是金属的
唯一瑕疵是屏幕面板，可视角度不好，而且不是太亮就是太暗，要+50刀售价，升级一
下完美了

我当时的2个reference也在vacation，几天后回来发现留了很多voice messages，
然后打过去就可以了。我想你可以告诉公司你的reference在vacation，他们可能
会等吧。

Thanks for your reply. My concern is that if I tell them my references are
on vocation they might wonder how I know they are checking the references.

I also provide them the email addresses. But usually people don't check
email during vocation. Hopefully, they all set up the out of office auto-
reply. What I worry about is that the employer might move to the next
candidate if they cannot get responses from my references. And I know they
want to fill up the position very soon.

ACER想要翻身，得学APPLE多搞精品，很宽的产品线已经不适合二线厂商了。没法和
DELL斗。

我最满意ACER的是他的噪音比较低，即便宜，又低噪，用起来心不烦。相比Thinkpad,
Dell都更贵，却更吵，均需要对风扇进行降速处理，有些甚至必须对硬件做改动。

上个星期下午无聊的时候看了一下slickdeals，发现这个性能售价尺寸都符合，就买了

就我有限的样本
acer的键盘还是没有thinkpad爽
但是十分不理解为什么thinkpad得装个第三方的软件，那个叫tpfan什么的，才能风扇
降噪
就算你自己搞不出来，这么多年了，把这个软件买了，随系统安装不久完了？

严重怀疑thinkpad的目标使用环境都是办公室（超级高级的除外），有空调其实真的听
不到风扇。问题是在家里使用，风扇噪音相当明显。

风扇不转的话热很多
TP估计设计时为了稳定干脆就不给这个选项
