我跟我老公的EB2, 老公是附申请人，我是主申请人
信是写个律师的。但是我的EB2没有用律师。律师至少帮我申请了140
信上说
NVC returned the petition to USCIS. Please direct any further inquiries to
USCIS
下面列出来一个GUZ开始的case #, 在uscis网站查不到
还有priority date, 我的姓名，信息都是我的
后面还有
foreign state chargeablity: china mainlad
U.S. embassy: GUANGZHOU (???????????跟广州有什么关系，我的 EB2?)
牛人给解惑一下啊，我的 EB2是邮寄到TSC的啊

Check your i-485 application, and make sure you did not choose Consular
Processing.

没有选啊，consular processing是什么意思？我是邮寄到tsc的

为什么，我们的表格都是一样填的，没有要求consular processing （在哪里要求这个
都不知道）。他是我的附申请人。难道只要有附申请，都是这样处理的？

去做个INFOPASS. 将信带上. 可能他们系统里关于你的信息有错误. 【在 skygg (天

Did you send your i-485 package to the correct address? It seems that NVC
received your application, and found it was not a CP application, and sent
your i-485 to USCIS.
You might have indicated that you wanted to use consular processing during i
-140 application.

选这个？但是我之前没有contact ncsc，没有这个id number,如何办？
