我phd毕业后一直在原来的学校作博后，opt是5月到期。现在在找工作，想申请OPT延期
，是不是在5月前找到个有E-verify的学校就可以申请延期？我现在的学校没有E-
verify，不能延期。从ＵSCIS关于OPT延期的规定，好像只要现任雇主有E-verify就可
以：
F-1 students who receive science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (
STEM) degrees included on the STEM Designated Degree Program List, are
employed by employers enrolled in E-Verify, and who have received an initial
grant of post-completion OPT related to such a degree, may apply for a 17-
month extension.
