Top Notch Company seeks Talented C/C++ Software Engineers!
We are looking for talented Software Engineers with experience in designing
object-oriented systems, preferably in C++. We are looking for people who
have a strong understanding and practical working experience with memory
management, data structures, algorithms, STL, Design Patterns (Object-
Oriented Programming), Exceptions, Multi-threading and Network Programming.
We have multiple positions, so we will also entertain low level C
programmers with or without Embedded Systems programming experience. C
programmers should have some intermediate skill competency or knowledge of C
++.
Even though financial experience could be a plus, we are looking for STRONG
software engineers from any discipline. Aside from knowing software inside
and out, the other attributes needed to win this position would be strong
problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. This could be
a great chance to break into a top notch software company and learn finance!
An ideal candidate will have strong experience working with at least one of
the following: real time programming, large data sets, low level
programming, back end server development, algorithms, and/or embedded
programming.
Basic Requirements:
C, C++, UNIX (or Linux)
Basic knowledge of Scripting, Strong Perl, Scripting languages (bash, ksh)
is a big plus
Proficient in multi-threaded, Real Time programming techniques in a plus
Solid understanding of TCP/IP and network programming is a big plus
Experience in low-level programming, including solid understanding of
hardware architecture, OS services, compiler techniques, memory
synchronization techniques is a plus.
Experience in Boost or QT framework is a plus
