offer里面有这么一条,公司给了我xxx的安家费，我觉得如果我自己辞职了，我退回安
家费，没有异议，可如果我被公司裁员或者fire了，公司还要退回这个安家费？请教
有经验的筒子，是不是都这么签的，被炒鱿鱼还要退安家费有点不合理啊
？
You will receive a one time bonus payment of $XXX, minus required State and
Federal tax deductions, within three weeks of your start date. This one time
bonus of $XXX is deemed earned after 24 months of employment. Should you
voluntarily terminate your employment or be terminated for cause within 24
months of your start date, you agree the one-time bonus has not been earned
and you agree to repay the Company within 30 days the one time bonus paid by
the Company on your behalf. Additionally, you authorize the company to
deduct the appropriate outstanding amount from any final paycheck you may
receive.

Core i3 2377m处理器本应双核四线程，昨天都好好的。今天用cpu-z一检查，发现成了
单核。
