不贵也不算便宜。问题是屏幕分辨率太高，本来是买点，可是操作系统，软件不怎么支
持，导致图标，字体非常小。如果是我，会买yoga13,上一代的，分辨率低点，字体阅
读舒服些。

If you only have those three choices, try to avoid provident for purchase
loan. they are good but not for your case.

找agent帮你操作吧，像我们公司是自己拿钱funding的，我们不keep loan，会把loan
卖给wells fargo 或是GMAC这样的investor。我们自己有underwriter可以审批loan。
买房30天内close，基本不是什么大问题。如果真的需要，我们内部的underwriter可以
帮我们rush，但是提交到大investor的underwriter那里，很可能客人除了等待没有别
的办法了就。
我也听说provident funding会出十分罕见的condition。
卖给wells fargo 或是GMAC这样的investor。我们自己有underwriter可以审批loan。
