EB23 need more than 6 years now, provided you do not change job. If you want
to get a degree or change a major, add 2 - 10 years. If you want to get
citizen, add extra 5 or more years.
So please plan well for a 6 ~ 20 year life. haha, but if you can not make it
even after so many years, you probably old enough so that neither country
cares you even without age discrimination. You probably do not qualify for
any retirement eligibility.

很重要!
但是大陆这方面的教育完全空白

我的loan amount低于10万，team是什么？是fixed rate (5.75% 买得早一点）。

我现在是想refinance, 想把30年变成15年的。但是我在这个地方可能也只住3-5年。这

当然不一样。你多付同样的本金，利率低的当然利息部分少。
当月要付的利息=还剩的本金×年利率/12。

你背多少loan amt, 乘以rate/12, 就是你每个月付的利息。
没有多付少付这一说。
对于大多数正常的打工族，　与其拿税后的钱提早付清principle, 不如扔按税前扔
401k里哪怕随便买个growth.
你要愿意并且有能力多付principle, 不如搞个年头短利息低的贷款。

是的，被还掉的principal就不会再生利息了。减少利息，缩短pay off的时间。
