年底前联系银行，说你父母是nonresident alien，银行也可以把钱退回来。
如果银行不退，明年报税的时候，父母file 1040NR也可以把钱从IRS拿回来。

谷歌也傻 drive换个文档需要全部重新下 不能sync拷贝过去的文件
