这是指非法移民必须在所有合法移民之后拿卡？问题这个line是动态的啊，时刻有人加
进来，总不能划定一个时间线，那之后一段时间内合法移民不许申请绿卡吧。

they will ask for the fee receipt number --- a very awkward policy, which
requires you to find someone to pay the money for you.
2. for h1b you need to provide the 797 form number for the appt.
that was my own experience, and i did get the appt done yet since i did not
have anyone who can help pay the money for me. btw, you need send a copy of
your passport to your friend in order to pay the money.
so, it's not a good idea to go back before your h1b extension is approved.

但是我用BOA的debit都能看到余额啊，各种atm机上。就像国内机器一样啊。

今天经过两个银行，一个citi，一个pnc，都取了钱。
citi显示有fee，但是我打电话，fidelity保证能退回
pnc是我想尝试下，因为是发卡行，发现居然没有fee。
我应该再试一下BOA。再等两个工作日看最后结果。
打电话问了下，一般人注册有两个账户，一个是brokerage，一个是cash management，
都有对应的卡，但是一般寄出来的是连接cash management的这个（我就是这个），这
个卡是没有手续费（更准确的是手续费返还）。也可以网上选择enroll brokerage 的
卡，这样就是用brokerage 账户的钱。通过电话再次确认的是，cash management余额
为0显示是正常现象，同时我这张卡没有连接brokerage账户，通过atm看不到账户信息
，显示为错
误。

谢余总，我现在比较确定是我既有brokerage帐户，又有cash management帐户，我的
debit 连接的是cash 帐户，在atm显示是在checking 帐户取钱，所以应该没有费用。
我的两个疑问；
首先，是不是大家利用debit取cash帐户，在atm显示都是余额为0？银行的人告我是这

yes. Why? my guess is that the debit card is issued by PNC (which explains
why you saw $0 ATM fee at PNC ATM), but the fund in your Cash Management
Account is held in other program banks so there is no direct access.

yes, you can have two debit card, one links to Fidelity brokerage account (
ATM fees apply), another links to cash management account (formerly known as
mysmartcash account, no ATM fees). I think on ATM both cards will be
identified as linking to a checking account, so be careful.

汇报下，citi，BOA最后都返还了手续费，卡是连接的cash Management Account，虽然
不能显示余额，不过要是到处都能无手续费取钱，也是神debit卡了。

忘了汇报。连接的是cash management，基本三个工作日，钱就会回帐上。
