为了避免不懂pt的同学浪费机会

That's pretty easy to DIY, just sling it around in the attic :)
Or you can just buy enough and store them in attic. Call that "ready to use"
and claim the tax credit. And later, you hire somebody "repair" them.
My story is even sadder, I finally made up my mind and drove a U-Haul to
Lowe's, just to find out they are out of stock!
