上来抱怨一下，每年总有那么两个月是shitty months。而在shitty months里面有总会
有那么几天shitty days，在这几天的shitty days里面总有那么几天是shit hit fans
day。手上的shits还没处理好，几桶几桶的新shits披头淋来。倒霉的苹果非要和
oscars撞时间。倒霉的ad server非要在现在更新，倒霉的tv widget非要在现在设计，

你最好咨询一下律师。好像要file an I-140 amendment with evidence of "
successor in interest". 当然了你的PD和H1B延期不受影响。
Find details from USCIS site:
Pending or Approved I-140 Petitions with a Subsequent Change in Employer Due
to a Transfer of Ownership to a Successor
Successor-in-interest entities which need to reaffirm the validity of an I-
140 petition and the labor certification filed by a predecessor entity must
file an amended I-140 petition that demonstrates that a qualifying successor
-in-interest relationship exists in accordance with the three successor-in-
interest factors described in Section B. above.
Each amended I-140 petition should be supported by:
•Documentation, such as a copy of the Form I-797 approval or receipt
notice, that provides the previously filed I-140 petition’s receipt number,

My new company immediately did 2 things for me:
1. Renewed h1b for me for 3 years even though my old h1b hasn't expired yet.
IMO, it wasn't necessary.
2. Filed 140 amendment.

You sure you go through corporate perks? 440 should be included, but 450s do
have high-end version that use i7, priced at much higher level though, 8GB,
256GB SSD

什么都不用做，140 amendment你想file也可以，但是纯属自找麻烦，当然要是公司出
钱而不是自己，file也就file了:)
连h1b都不用马上renew，等你现在h1b到期再用新公司名renew就行了

同样被收购，猪头律师一开始说什么都不用，后来还是要做140Amendment，还没批的时
候，排期到了，寄485。猪头NSC把140Amendment的递交日当我的PD date放在485上了。
猪头律师说不用管，140批了会更新的。结果排期倒退，等了一年。这个月current 了
一做SR, 说是case还没有被Work on呢。再找律师，说不用管，过两个月没变化再说。
