Anyone who has related experience please give me some suggestions.
I am planning an eb1b petition but my position will end on 7/31. If I got my
140+pp approved in two weeks and I got very good luck to get 485 approved
and green card in 3-4 months, can I still legally use the green card if my
position end on 7/31 since it will not satisfy the requirement that 485 has
been submitted for 180 days?

Windows 7 下，无论用那个Media Player，放video一会儿后，声音会mute。暂停几秒
钟后又有声音，然后放几分钟后又是故障重现。
更新了sound card driver，没有用。
这个故障看上去像是buffer 不够用。是否是病毒？

通常都是由于缺少解码器问题所导致
可以下载一些第三方解码器试试

If your position has a specific date to end, even it is 10 years from now,
it is not a "permanent job". So this position is not qualified for EB1B.
You need an employment verification letter for EB1B petition.
However, if you can get around this "permanent job" issue, you have to work
at this position for 180 days after 485 is submitted. So even if you get 485
approved before 7/31, you still have trouble because your EB1B position
doesn't last long enough.
That's from what I know.

不可能是缺少解码器，声音是放的出的，只是放几分钟就没有了，然后让player暂停后
几分钟继续放还是有声音的。
或许是解码器装多了，但不知道卸哪个。

IMHO,
If you truthfully provided all the required documents for 485 approval (140
approval, employment letter stating it is a permanent position,...) and your
485 was approved, you would violate no "law"/"policy" so far. Continuing to
staying at that position for at least 180 days is just a good faith of
supporting the concept of "permanent"--both your employer and you expect the
permanent position is filled by you permanently. So if the position was end
not by your voluntarily anytime after GC, you yourself would violate no law
/policy.
I have to stress this is just my little mind understanding of the issue.
