自己试过手机hotspot上，没问题啊。只要你手机信号好，有lte,这是决定因素。
Privacy screen没有机器自带吧？得找贴膜。有没有surface pro的不知道。

不中的不给。中的是要经过一个过程，是要给的。但是你可以把很多涉及个人信息的，
和可以申请专利的部分抹黑。这个PO估计自己都不知道FOIA。

I agree with you.
If this guys is not in the same field of LZ, it is no harm to give him the
proposal. If he happens to be in a similar field, LZ can give him an old
proposal that was funded. It is hard to refuse directly if the person who
made the request could be you colleague in the next 30 years.
Also, this guy might not know the fact that people don't easily share
proposals. When I just got started I asked a friend for an NSF proposal ( he
works on a different direction ). I only got an abstract from him. For a
while I thought he was not nice. But later I realized that is what people do
if they are not close enough. So he was nice enough not turning me down
directly. For two other close friends I have ( also work in different
fields), they offered their successful proposals without me asking them. So
I think if LZ's colleague is in a different field, it is OK to share the
proposal.
