看中一个两层的town-house，做了inspection，还没签contract，现在碰到个问题。
房子是registered as 2-family的，现在的房主买入的时候确实两层各有一个kitchen
，但后来房主吧2楼的kitchen改成了个小的bedroom，但registration没改，还是2-
family。
中介说mortgage不是什么大问题，只要contract上不写有两个kitchen，银行不会去查
的。最坏就是把2楼那个墙敲开，把pipeline露出来给看看就好了。
我的顾虑是这个问题完全不是我引起的，现在owner不弄好，我以后卖出去的时候会是
个大麻烦。
是不是不要签contract了？谢谢。

有几个很弱配置的笔记本（AMD E系列的cpu）现在都提示要不要升级win10，升了怕系
统要求高更慢了不升怕过了6月没有免费升的机会了

请问由win7升到win10 所有win7上装的软件像photoshop需要重装吗？因为担心软件重
装的问题一直没有升级。

This could mean biometrics not up to date or just stamp in passport.
They will tell you what they need in your GC document.
ADIT (I-551) stamping
