没能进NBA，进了也没有保证足够的上场时间，所以必须要AA。

看到都在问这个问题，大家说说标准吧。
有人说贷款可以贷到家庭收入的3-4倍，有木有？
还有什么考虑因素？家里有几个小朋友？

按照Air8888的教程已刷完第二步, 现在cfe是1.0.2.0, firmware是TM-AC1900_3.0.0.4
_376_1703-g0ffdbba.trx, 但是无法在web UI下面升级firmware, 无论是用ASUS的还是
merlin的都在上传完firmware之后马上跳出警告说"upgrade unsuccessful blah blah
incorrect transmission blah blah...", 然后就回到upgrade的web UI, 问题是之前
的文件都没问题(因为都做成功了), 不太可能3个firmware文件全部损坏了. 而且现在
进了recovery mode之后用miniCFE上传firmware的时候chrome显示上传进度一直是0%,
然后过几分钟后显示192.168.29.1打不开. reset nvram之后就变回3.0.0.4_376_1703-
g0ffdbba了. 请问有什么办法能升成功吗? 多谢!

our pre-tax income is over $150k. after maxing out 401k, we have nothing
left every month. $4500 fixed expense, including $210k mortgage.

这个东西和花钱的方式，地区的地税，家庭的负担都有关系，3倍income只是一个笼统
的说法，还是要看个人。

Why do yo max out ur 401K?
I only contribute to max out my company matching, not a cent more.
When I retire, I hope I would have transfered all the money away to
somewhere uncle sam cannot find and start collecting food stamps... having
more money in 401K is just more trouble to deal with.

my company matches nothing, but I still max out 401k

家庭收入一般指税前吧，我这么理解的

and when you retire, you would have to take it out and pay tax then, which
could be an even higher rate than
now, just look at the all budget deficits.
I only get the company matching as it is free money. anything beyond that, i
would transfer it out of the
country so uncle sam cannot track.
when i retire, i would have no money in the bank, and I would ask the govt
for handouts.

你说得很有道理，一定要在纸面上显示是穷光蛋，不过过了几十年，美国可能会对海外
财产控制的更严，也许有闲钱应该买黄金，然后挖个洞藏起来，然后向goverment要补
助。

我8万不到，银行贷给我70几万，是不是疯掉了。

可能是房子的区好。从不落价。银行很放心。而且你的DP比例高。（》25%）

呃,会不会是downpay超高呢?
比如说他的房子是200万,当了130万,找银行借70万,
这个时候银行应该不care他挣多少了吧?

不能一概而论，要看还有别的什么固定开销。我家是贷款了两倍收入，但因为放满了
401k和ESPP，另外还有上daycare的娃，手头就不宽裕了。象楼上不怎么放401k的，估
计3倍总是可以的。

Mortgage的每月不多啊，但是固定费用$4500，跟mortage相比其他开销挺大的。

撑不撑的概念对个人来说不一样。有的人本来就很节约那就可以3，4倍，但是如果本来
就花钱大手大脚可能2倍就觉得很撑了。反正买房子后生活水平别比原来别下降就行了
。
