Just got the message from uscis:
On April 25, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I140
IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the
notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at
1-800-375-5283.
Background:
PhD 2006 from a university ranked >200 by usnews with major ranked top 2.
8 journal papers (4 first author,decent but no CNS)and around 10 conference
proceedings.
Reviews: around 15 for 5 different journals, got one supporting letter from
the editor.
Citation: around 50.
Reference: 6, 4 independent, most from industry, one from Europe.
That's it, not a very strong case. The attorney hired by the company did
everything for me. I did not even know what she claimed for me. I did write
several reference letters by myself.
