My daughter is using AOS (green card pending) status for her studying, and I
am using my EAD to work.

这个有点麻烦，申请AP期间是不能离境的，你女儿现在需要申请F1才能回来，而她又递
交了485，
有移民倾向了。
如果你或者你的配偶是H1，她应该可以申请H4过来。

AOS身份没有AP出境视为放弃申请。你们既然已经放弃了移民申请，再去申请AP当然会
被拒了。

孩子在美读大三 How old? approaching 21st birthday?
You or your spouse change to H1 fast and get the child back as H4 quickly,
and file I-485 again before age 21 (or 21+I-140 pending time), critical.

这个狠麻烦,485都被作废了.我认识的一个人就这样,结果不但自己的工作丢了,还迫使
老公退回已经批准的绿卡.

immigration intention. Thus, the chance for her to get F1 visa is very low.

对，是很难，但是也不是完全不可能。否则也没有其他办法吧？

If you are EB1 and I-140 is approved, your adult kid can be use child age (
CSPA age) to follow and join once your EB I-485 is approved. File I-824 at
that time. The process can easily take > 6 months.
If EB2 or EB3 and after your EB2/EB3 I-140 approval the PD never became
current (=child filed concurrent I-485 in July 2007 before I-140 approval),
you child is now aged out and can no longer get GC with you. You will have
to file F2B for child after you get GC. This will take very long (>5 years
).
Try F-1 visa (although by filing I-485 before, child should get denied if VO follows the rules)
