刚刚毕业，要去公司工作。
有两个offfer，如果不考虑绿卡，我喜欢第一份工作。
可是第一份工作不给办绿卡，第二份工作大约两年后给办绿卡。
请问公司给不给办绿卡对于第一份工作重要吗？

头两天家里突然停电。也不知道当时孩子是否在玩游戏。反正现在来电以后，窗口10启
动后，展示的是正常的背景和用户名，本来这时候点一下鼠标，或者转移一下滚轮，就
会把背景翻上去，出现输入密码的对话框。现在这些操作后，还没等对话框出现，背景
就很快（非常快）的落下来，从来不给你输入密码的机会。试了restore point, reset
PC，都failed. 但又不像死锁，因为按power键还能显示shutting down而自动慢慢关
机。
动后，展示的是正常的背景和用户名，本来这时候点一下鼠标，或者转移一下滚轮，就
会把背景翻上去，出现输入密码的对话框。现在这些操作后，还没等对话框出现，背景
就很快（非常快）的落下来，从来不给你输入密码的机会。试了restore point, reset
PC，都failed. 但又不像死锁，因为按power键还能显示shutting down而自动慢慢关
机。

This is such a personal choice, and only you yourself can make the decision.
If the first company has stated it very clearly that it won't sponsor your green card at all, even years down the line, can you apply for EB1A or NIW by yourself? Then I don't see a problem for accepting that offer if you like it so much. Or, if you really like this job and excel in it, you may convince them to sponsor your EB1B one day, otherwise you are leaving, etc. Even if they don't pay for you, it's not a big deal for them to sign a letter for you. EB1B requires the company to have 3 full time researchers.
As to the second company, is their promise sound? Do you know some employee there who have got their green cards sponsored through the company? What categories are those? Well, from the way you talk about it, as if you'd take the job only because they sponsor the green card, and there's a LONG two years to wait for it, will you be happy for it?
Listen to your heart, the choice that makes you feel at peace is the right one.

其实我根本不介意自己pay green card，但是前一个公司可能有strict policy，即使
我这么说他们也没有回复。
我想如果我去前一个公司，会几年之后离开找一家sponor green card的公司，那个机
会如何啊？
第二家公司还ok，但是比起第一家公司，的确绿卡是我主要考虑因素，而且绿卡办下来
得要5,6年了吧。

有重要数据么？没有就搞个bootable usb重装。

Nobody knows. It's all up to your experience, job market, and luck.
Why 5-6 years? Which category of green card are you considering? If we can't
go EB1, EB2 takes much longer. In that case, you may want to put green card
as a higher priority.

去第一个，如果第二个马上办或者几个月后办，还值得犹豫，两年里可以发生的变化也
太多了，说不定两年之后，第一个给办了，第二不能办了。你刚刚毕业，没什么
bargaining power, 去第一个好好干，也许他们就给你办了。如果不给办，过两年跳槽
，可以讨价还价的余地就大了，工资也能涨一截。

这个公司找不到人问啊，发了邮件问一个中国人也没有回复，不敢再发了，他算是上级
吧。问公司的hr manager，关于绿卡的policy也没有松口。
EB1的要求很高吧，我就是普通的master，没有paper什么的，恐怕走不了EB1啊。。

你说的没错啊，我的确很糊涂，也不知道哪个方向的发展前景好一些。
过两年跳槽，找一家肯办绿卡的公司，这样的可能性大吗？其实我是愿意take risk的
，只要可能性不是太小。。
