the US government thinks the child has US citizenship.
the Chinese goverment thinks the child has China citizenship,
and don't officially recognize the US citizenship.
need travel permit.
should have no problem entering the US.
any adult could choose to give up certain citizenship to
obtain another, provided the governments approve so. but
s/he doesn't have to.
