officially, you don't need tax return form for 485 any more.
however, CIS often RFE for tax return forms, it is not surprising especially
if your petition has some financial issues.
for myself, i submitted 3 years, but i believe 2 year is fine if you only
have 2 year tax return. Also one of my friends went to interview, and was
asked only for the "latest" tax return form. So, i would say, give them
3 years form, if you have, otherwise, 2.
