我们去年请了一个律师efile NIW和EB1A，从4月开始，我们在7月把材料准备好交给他
，他拖到10月中下旬才efile到TSC中心，也没给我们看petition letter。我们一直以
为是他的职业习惯不给人看petition letter。上个月觉得很久都没有消息，比较担心
就催他帮助我们问问，并且要求看petition letter，他说寄给我们了，但是我们从来
没有收到，上周又说寄给我们了，我们还是什么也没有收到。4月20日出现一个soft
lud，我们还挺高兴，想申请终于被动了，谁知道今天收到以下2封信：一模一样的原因
Upon consideration, it is ordered that the petition be denied for the
following reasons.
Title 8, Code of Federal regulations, Part103.2(a)(1)states, in part:
Every application, petition, appeal, motion request, or other document

先別急。可以先file motion reopen the case。而且被拒不影響尼下次申請的，尤其
是你這種。

summer：啥叫reopen the case呀？我们一直相信律师，真没想到是这样的。

30 天里file就好了。即使再重新申請丟的只是錢和PD，別太急。屬於＂無成見＂的被
拒。

我们还是很糊涂，律师寄支持材料以后，难道不能有收据吗？大家都是如何知道自己的
支持材料是否到了呢？

郵局收據。移民局簽收的證據。
所以我總說郵寄bi免簽名。

別免簽名。
另外，case的soft update是個証明。

Bless. All I can say is that I hate these freaking lawyers. Somehow with 3
yrs of JD, they believe they are superior than the rest of us.

在你的那封信里寫了。 in the alternative那一段。
就是移民局可以重新審理。

couple suggestions FYI:
1.ask lawyer to show you the mail receipt
2. call uscis to find out what materials and forms they have received, don't
just believe what lawyer told you
3. try to reopen or refile asap, you have wasted time and money, don't just
be shocked and wasted time anymore, the most important thing right now is
not to fighting with lawyer and blaming anyone, your final goal is GC, try
to restart and after refiling everything, u can come back to fight with
lawyer afterwa

這件事情或者律師或者移民局得負全責。如果不讓那個律師弄，便宜了他。
