其实版内很多汇报背景和timeline的，自己多做些research吧。我当初DIY自己的case

这种法案过几年就会被拿出来嚷嚷一回。感觉就是个别政客为了博民意给画的大饼。在这种经济形势下，通过的几率几乎为零。等美国经济形势变好，有可能通过这个法案时，估计十年八年又过去了。
还是脚踏实地做好自己当前能做的吧。

No, I am working location where spring wind is very strong (sometimes over
50 MPH), the state name means wind (from S to N). Also, my birthday is in
April. Thus I often use April plus Wind, including my bank account. Haha.
