你有工作经验么？没有的话就是隐瞒+欺骗，被发现是可是大污点。。。

你要改成这样的话，你的主要优势在与3年
工作经验而不在于master学位比PhD学位好找。
但是你这样就算是欺骗了。到时候公司的
background check你很有可能过不去。就算过去
了，律师问你3年用啥签证工作的呢？H1B还剩
几年？你咋说？

如果你是CS/CE的，这样做完全没有必要，原因如下：
1. PHD找工作，与master没有什么显著区别，除非真的是那种很low-level的工作；
2. PHD是你的一大优势，特别是你发了很多paper，在简历里mention一下，可以从让人
对你的印象加分。如果是牛校的PHD，那更加是加分++。
3. PHD的工资比master要高1-2W一年，面试难度一样，公司真的会因为你是phd，转向
一个master吗？就因为这1-2W块钱？
