7月份通过shopper链接去buy.com买了2个5DII套机
9月份收到660刀check，碰上很多人check被退回那次
11月份再次收到支票，存了又被退回...
打电话联系后12月份收到fedex快递来的check, 这次存了总算没有事了
但是1月份查看shopper帐户，那2笔cash back赫然被扣除了，账户成了-400+的balance
...
写信求问，答复如下

The merchant has determined the reversed purchases as not eligible or
fraudulent. Reversals are done through a merchant report.
The information stated below is from the terms of service for the membership
and The Cash Back Network which were agreed to when signing up for the
service.
Cash back awarded to Members is subject to adjustments for returns,
cancellations, and other events. The Cash Back Network may apply such
adjustments to Member accounts at anytime at its sole discretion. Should you
disagree with any adjustments made to your account, your sole remedy is to
withdraw from The Cash Back Network.
