EB1不知道.
EB2只能用参加工作前的学位．比方说，你参加工作前ABD,但有硕士学位.你办EB2,就只
能用硕士学位.

It's ok. I applied before I got the diploma and got 140 approved. I began
the job in last Sept and officially graduated in December.
