同问。我们的情况是：
７/２0，card production ordered notice
7/21,welcome notice
7/22, ASC finger print notice
7/29.approval notice
７／３0，finger　print　done　walk　in
confused with the USCIS confusing notice.
don't know if the card was really ordered or not.

card received is not a update "date". It is the physical receiving date.
USPS took three days to deliver the approval notice to him. hehe
