生物背景，刚刚开始在公司工作。6篇文章，其中一篇Cell,一篇非第一作者的Science。
cell 和 science基本上没有被引用（发的时间比较短），其他文章引用次数加起来40
多次，很少。有两篇jounal highlight，若干篇媒体报道我的工作（sciencdaily, us
news, etc.)。有3次review的经历，没有reward(只有sigma Xi), 都没有claim. 找律
师帮忙准备的材料，claim 了三条，media report, contribution, authorship. PP
之后三天收到RFE,说的不知所云，根本没看我的材料，也不知道他到底要什么材料。律
师决定不补充新材料，直接指出旧材料包含所有需要的证据，基本上是把原来的cover
letter重新提交一遍。一周以后被据。3条基本上都没有承认，media report 的否认只
有一句话，说“the record contains no evidence of published material in
professional or major trade publicati

IO都给了一次机会了，还不好好抓住。这种态度，明显不尊重IO.肯定据无疑，IO找个
借口还不简单？
有什么好上诉的，自己重新DIY一把，都有CNS PAPER了，EB-1A还不简单？

重新投一份吧，上诉估计费时费力，人家总是有理由的
最近很多人栽到399手上
我也被RFE了，还没回呢
背景跟你差不多，也是claim的这三点
估计也要栽到他手上
现在都没心情回复了

如果楼主的媒体报道没提到其名字，可申请的也就剩两条了。不如先攒review。

It is your lawyer's fault, for the REF, you always need to take it seriously
and re-organize your file and answer all the questions. It does not matter
whether you thought the IO is correct or whether he did read your file, just
remember the IO is always correct. If you pointed out how important the
Cell and Science they are, and how new the papers are, the citations are not
that important.
Refile the case, you will be fine.

journal highlight里边提到了，就是典型的学术引用，ldg et al
新闻报道里边主要是我老板的名字，只是在报道的最后说该文章的其他作者是bla bla

呵呵，我的确不象把责任都推在律师身上，毕竟我觉得从材料准备到推荐信，cover
letter他写的我都比较满意。在回复RFE这件事情上，也是经过我同意的，只是我经验
不足，而且最近事情很多脑子乱了。不过谢谢所有给建议的xdjm们，我不打算appeal了。
请问要等多久才可以再申请？有具体规定么？还是大概过两三个月旧可以了？

psychological,
not much rational.

It is your lawyer's fault, for the REF, you always need to take it seriously

可以马上就refile; 当然你如果感觉2-3个月会有更多evidence就可以等

我觉得你的media report不成立。review也弱。除非能搞定critical role，否则三条
无法满足。
