请问用什么蒸呢？是放在一个大碗里加水没过米里再放在蒸锅里吗？还是直接把米铺在
笼屉里蒸？
还有加多少水呢？平时煮饭都是水没过米一指节，你的意思是比那个再深一点儿吗？如
果那样儿的话香肠蘑菇什么的不就飘起来了吗？
还有得蒸多久才熟呢？
不好意思问题比较多，从来都是煮饭，没有蒸过。

就是直接放在饭锅里煮的呢，不是蒸的。
就是比平时煮饭稍微多一点水，不至于太干就好了。
即使香菇，香肠能飘起来，饭煮好的时候也就在表面了呢
