it has been 3 years. i have not received any credit card invitation mails. i
used to get those mails almost everyday. i have fico 780 and no outstanding

我是主申请人现在
在申请EB-2,140 approved 2 years ago, 485 pending,用AP回过
两次国,但是还是用H1-B在工作.
如果我太太现在申请EB-1, 我是副申请人,请问,申请的时候我需要保持H1-B status吗?
还是我只要是有EAD,AOS就可以?比如说我失去现在的工作.
